The disclosure is amended to include details of Ms. Gocuan's qualifications / professional experience, as follows: ----- Ms. Gocuan, Filipino, 55 years old, is a seasoned executive with over 31 years of experience in the Philippine banking and financial services sector. Her career spans foreign, government, and private local banks, where she has held various positions across branch and retail banking, priority banking, investments, treasury, lending, and brand development. Her extensive and diverse career in the industry has equipped her with a strong foundation in banking operations and financial services, as well as in client and relationship management, investment advisory, and business development. Ms. Gocuan is an alumna of the University of the Philippines–Cebu, where she earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees, graduating Magna Cum Laude at the undergraduate level. She also holds an International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute of London, further complementing her expertise in investment advisory and financial services. Effective September 18, 2026, Ms. Gocuan was appointed Chief Investment Officer of TOP. In this role, she will oversee the Company’s investment-related activities and contribute to the development and implementation of TOP’s strategies and initiatives.
