At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held today, 18 September 2026, the Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends to be paid out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of December 31, 2025 to all shareholders of record of Series “E” Preferred Shares of the Corporation, as follows: Preferred Share Series: Series “E” Cash Dividend Rate (per annum): 10.0444% Amount of Cash Dividend per share, per quarter (PhP): 2.5111 Record Date: 05 October 2026 Payment Date: 19 October 2026* *As per the terms of the Subscription, dividends will be payable on October 17, January 17, April 17, and July 17 of each year, being the last day of each three-month dividend period. October 17, Saturday, being a non-banking day, the payment shall be made on 19 October 2026, or the next banking day after October 17.
