Background/Description of the Disclosure
By way of an update to the 12 June 2026 disclosure on the proposed divestment of up to 49% of Tejorupa Renewables India Project Private Limited (“Tejorupa”), please be advised that with all relevant conditions having been satisfied under the Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement, transaction closing was achieved on 23 September 2026 for the acquisition by Diamond India Renewables One B.V. of an initial 10% voting interest in Tejorupa.
