In a Special Board Meeting of MRSGI held on 23 September 2026, Mr. Daniel Rafael Ramon Z. Gomez III tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of MRSGI, effective at the end of business hours on 15 October 2026. During the meeting, the Board of Directors accepted his resignation, and expressed its sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for his leadership and management insights to MRSGI. The Board then directed the Nomination and Compensation Committee to commence the selection process for his replacement.
