Background/Description of the Disclosure
Arthaland Corporation (the “Corporation”) received today the Order of Registration dated 24 September 2026 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), declaring the Corporation’s Registration Statement effective. Accordingly, the SEC issued the Certificates of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale in favor of the Corporation, covering both Cebu Exchange and Savya Financial Center. The Certificates are both dated 24 September 2026.
