Please be advised of the significant item approved by the Board of Directors at the regular meeting held on September 28, 2026. 1. Appointment of Mr. Rene Joseph P. Ner (“Mr. Ner”) as Senior Vice President 1, effective October 1, 2026; his secondment to RCBC Securities, Inc. (“RCBC Securities”) as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, likewise effective October 1, 2026; and his secondment as President and CEO of RCBC Securities, effective November 3, 2026. Mr. Ner has over 30 years of experience leading institutional finance and equities across Philippines and ASEAN markets, including 12 years at Credit Suisse Securities Philippines (as Director and Country Head of Equities), post-merger integration at AB Capital Securities, as well as leadership roles at RBS Asia Securities and ABN AMRO Asia Securities.
