The Board of Directors of East West Banking Corporation (the “Bank”), at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Mr. Adrian S. Ching as Treasurer of the Bank, effective 16 October 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Glenn Conrad N. Jao, was appointed Chief Trader, Markets and Treasury, effective 16 October 2026. The Board further accepted the resignation of Mr. Rafael S. Algarra Jr. as Treasurer, effective 15 October 2026. Mr. Algarra has elected to step down from his positions to pursue other professional and personal interests. For your information and guidance.
