We disclose the separation from service of Atty. Mark David P. Martinez, a Vice President and the Assistant Corporate Secretary of PLDT Inc. (the “Company”), effective October 1, 2026, due to his voluntary resignation. The Company expresses its sincere appreciation to Atty. Martinez for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the Company throughout his tenure and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors. This event is not expected to have any significant impact on the Company’s current or future operations, financial position, or results of operations.
