Background/Description of the Disclosure
Further to the disclosures made by Manila Electric Company on May 4, 2026, May 14, 2026, and on June 4, 2026, please be informed that PLDT Inc. (“PLDT”) has completed the acquisition of 65.1% equity stake of Paragon Vertical Corporation in Radius Telecoms, Inc. (“Radius”) today. As a result of this acquisition, Radius is now a wholly owned subsidiary of PLDT.
