Please be informed that the Company has announced the following leadership movements within the organization:
Andres P. Tumbokon, III, Senior Vice President, Head of Buildings Division, will now take on a new enterprise-wide role as Chief Transformation Officer, leading EEI’s strategic transformation agenda and the major cross-functional programs that will shape how we operate, execute, and compete in the years ahead. He will focus on translating the Company’s strategic priorities into sustained organizational change, bringing together the right people, processes, technology, governance, and ways of working to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Kenneth Samson, Vice President, Business Development, is promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Unit Head for the Buildings. In this expanded role, Mr. Samson will provide end-to-end leadership of the Buildings business unit, from developing opportunities and strengthening client relationships to ensuring that the commitments we make are translated into successful project execution and sustainable business performance. We welcome back Romualdo Canlas, Vice President, Head of Engineering Department, who returns to EEI following his temporary assignment with Al-Rushaid Construction Co. Ltd. (ARCC), to assume leadership of all Engineering Services functions. Mr. Canlas brings extensive engineering experience, particularly in supporting complex EPC projects. His return strengthens our technical leadership and establishes a single point of accountability for the continued development and integration of EEI’s engineering capabilities. As Head of Engineering Services, Abel will strengthen technical governance and engineering standards, deepen collaboration between Engineering Services, the Business Units, and our projects, and ensure that our engineering expertise is effectively deployed to support both business development and project execution.
Earl Jason Vistro, Senior Vice President, Head of Government Relations and External Affairs, is now Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs, Corporate Services and Special Projects Business Unit. Mr. Vistro will assume a broader enterprise mandate as Head of Corporate Affairs, Corporate Services and Special Projects Business Unit, building on his existing leadership responsibilities across Government Affairs, Security, and Safety. Under this expanded portfolio, Mr. Vistro will oversee Corporate Affairs, encompassing Government Relations and External Affairs, as well as Corporate Services, which includes Security, Safety, and Facilities Management. He will also oversee the services availed by EEI Headquarters from our internal and external service partners. Bringing these responsibilities together establishes clearer enterprise accountability for our external stakeholder relationships, the corporate services supporting our Head Office and employees, and the effective management of the Special Projects Business Unit. |
