On July 4, 2024, the SEC approved the issuance of Two Hundred Twenty Million Three Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight (220,382,958) common shares of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (the "Company") in favor of the qualified employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. and Blue Chip Gaming & Leisure Corporation, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Employee Share Option Plan ("ESOP"). On January 28, 2025, the Philippine Stock Exchange ("PSE") issued the Notice of Approval to list up to 220,382,958 PLUS common shares to cover its ESOP.
