Please be advised that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Filinvest Development Corporation (“FDC”) on 09 October 2026, the Board approved a single declaration of cash dividends for the Company’s Series A Preferred Shares (FDCPA) and Series B Preferred shares (FDCPB), covering four (4) consecutive quarters from Q4 2026 through Q3 2027 together with the corresponding record and dividend payment dates for each tranche as follows: a) First Tranche (2026 Q4) Record Date: October 23, 2026 Dividend Payment Date: November 8, 2026 b) Second Tranche (2027 Q1) Record Date: January 25, 2027 Dividend Payment Date: February 8, 2027 c) Third Tranche (2027 Q2) Record Date: April 23, 2027 Dividend Payment Date: May 8, 2027 d) Fourth Tranche (2027 Q3) Record Date: July 23, 2027 Dividend Payment Date: August 8, 2027 Pursuant thereto, the Board likewise approved the declaration for the 4th quarter of 2026 cash dividends on the Company’s outstanding Series A Preferred Shares (FDCPA) at the rate of 1/4 of 6.6253% per annum equivalent to Php16.5630 per share, with record date of 23 October 2026 and payment date of 08 November 2026.
