Background/Description of the Disclosure
Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has sold close to 70% of the inventory at Casa Mira Prime Ormoc within two weeks of its public launch, building on the sold-out success of its first Casa Mira community in the city. Casa Mira Prime Ormoc, which opened its inventory to the public on September 25, 2026, is a follow-through development in Ormoc City, following the sold-out success of its first community in Barangay Luna. The project expands Casa Mira’s footprint to close to 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao, supporting CLI’s strategy of bringing attainable homes to key urban centers and emerging growth areas.
