Please be informed that our Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held today, approved the appointment of Ms. Chrysilla Carissa P. Bautista as our Data Protection Officer (DPO) vice Ms. Millette A. Arnedo. Ms. Arnedo will remain as our Corporate Secretary. Chrysilla Carissa P. Bautista, Filipino, 51, is a Vice President and Head of Litigation of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI). She also serves as the Chief Legal Officer and DPO of ALI, overseeing ALI's Legal function, including legal advisory, corporate and strategic transactions, litigation, legal risk management, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. She brings with her over two decades of legal experience at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRALAW) where she served as Partner from January 2010 until June 2025. Her practice spans complex litigation, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. Ms. Bautista has been consistently recognized by Chambers Asia Pacific in 2023 to 2025 and Chambers Global in 2007 for excellence in Dispute Resolution and General Business Law. Ms. Bautista obtained her Master of Laws degree from Columbia University in 2007 where she graduated with honors as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines in 2000 where she received the Justice Flerida Ruth Romero Prize for Best Paper in Family Law. She also obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from the University of the Philippines in 1996 and graduated magna cum laude. She is also admitted to practice law in New York.
