(“PDEx”), the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or the “Commission”), and the public that the leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has subscribed to shares of stock in CLI Master Builders Inc. The subscription was made today, October 23, 2026. By virtue of the said subscription, CLI has become the majority stockholder of CLI Master Builders Inc. For more information, please see attached SEC Form 17-C.
