Three companies under the DMCI Group have earned recognition for their corporate governance practices at the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards held on October 23, 2026, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Makati City.
DMCI Holdings, Inc. received Two Golden Arrows, while integrated energy company Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (SMPC) earned Three Golden Arrows. Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. (CHP), the group’s cement manufacturing arm, also received Two Golden Arrows, marking its sixth overall recognition for corporate governance excellence.
The latest honors build on the companies’ track records as consistent Golden Arrow awardees in previous years, reflecting the Group’s sustained efforts to uphold transparency, accountability, ethical leadership, and responsible business practices.
“Good corporate governance is fundamental to building trust, strengthening our businesses, and creating sustainable long-term value for our stakeholders,” said Herbert M. Consunji, Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of DMCI Holdings. “These recognitions affirm our commitment to upholding high standards of integrity and accountability while continuously improving our governance practices in an evolving business environment.”
The Golden Arrow Awards are conferred by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), in partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), based on the ACGS assessment of publicly listed companies. The assessment benchmarks corporate governance practices against regional standards and international best practices.
Aligned with the revised G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, the ACGS framework places greater emphasis on sustainability, resilience, and effective oversight.
The DMCI Group’s continued recognition reinforces its commitment to embedding good governance into business decisions, strengthening stakeholder confidence, and supporting long-term, responsible growth.
