Appointment of new Internal Audit Head
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised that at its regular meeting held today, 29 October 2026, the Board of Directors of Belle Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Arlu Joseph S. Nacion as Internal Audit Head effective immediately. Mr. Nacion, prior to joining the Company, was an Audit & Assurance Director at KPMG Philippines, where he led teams serving listed companies, multinational groups, and entities across various industries, including gaming and leisure, hotels, real estate, retail, BPO, and manufacturing. He also previously served as Internal Audit Manager for G-xchange, Inc. and Accounting Manager for a separate entity under EEI Corporation. Mr. Nacion holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Chiang Kai Shek College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
