Other Relevant Information

1. With respect to Northpoint Wind Power Development Corporation, a project over which ACEN did not have control, the Company will no longer pursue its application for Certificate of Good Standing in light of the ongoing dissolution of Northpoint and the relinquishment of its Solar Energy Operating Contract with the DOE.

2. The Company relinquished SolarAce2 Energy Corp.’s (“SolarAce2”) SEOC No. 2021-05-582 covering an area in Botolan, Zambales due to site access constraints, as disclosed on 18 September 2026. In view of the relinquishment, a Certificate of Good Standing for the Service Contract could no longer be issued.
