DMCI Holdings, Inc.DMC

PSE Disclosure Form 4-31 - Press Release References: SRC Rule 17 (SEC Form 17-C)
Section 4.4 of the Revised Disclosure Rules

Subject of the Disclosure

DMCI Holdings 9M profit jumps 28% to P15B on record nickel, power generation earnings, and cement recovery; Q3 profit rises 33% to P3.6B

Background/Description of the Disclosure

Diversified engineering conglomerate DMCI Holdings, Inc. (PSE: DMC) reported consolidated net income of P15.0 billion for the first nine months of 2026, up 28% from P11.7 billion in the same period last year, as all its subsidiaries delivered improved earnings contributions.

Growth was driven by record nine-month contributions from nickel mining and both on-grid and off-grid power generation, higher real estate, and construction income, as well as a significant reduction in cement losses.

Combined contributions from the Group's on-grid and off-grid power businesses rose 42% to P5.9 billion, from P4.2 billion, with both recording their highest nine-month earnings to date.

From July to September, consolidated net income increased 33% to P3.6 billion, supported by stronger contributions from power generation, nickel mining and real estate, alongside continued improvements in cement operations.

9M Earnings Contribution Breakdown
Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (SMPC) contributed P6.3 billion, up 8% from P5.8 billion, as record on-grid power earnings more than offset modest coal results. Power contributions rose 51% to P4.8 billion, from P3.2 billion, supported by higher spot electricity prices and improved plant performance.

Meanwhile, coal contributions declined 46% to P1.5 billion, from P2.8 billion, amid lower shipments and challenging mine operating conditions.
DMCI Homes contributed P3.1 billion, up 21% from P2.6 billion, supported by lower revenue reversals from cancellations, higher-value project mix, and stronger rental income, including contributions from rent-to-own units.

Meanwhile, associate Maynilad achieved record earnings, reflecting its strong operating performance. Its contribution to DMCI Holdings stood at P2.2 billion, compared with P2.8 billion last year, following the reduction in the Group's effective ownership interest following the water distributor’s initial public offering in November 2025.

DMCI Mining posted a record contribution of P2.0 billion, up 180% from P726 million, driven by higher production and shipment volumes following the commencement of operations at Berong Nickel Corporation's Long Point mine. This brought its total number of active mines to three, from two, while firmer nickel prices further supported results.

DMCI Power contributed an all-time high of P1.1 billion, up 14% from P985 million, supported by record energy sales, capacity expansions in Masbate and Antique, and stronger wind generation.

D.M. Consunji, Inc. contributed P329 million, up 76% from P187 million, supported by increased profit recognitions from joint ventures\ Its construction order book stood at P41.5 billion as of September 2026.

Concreat narrowed its attributable net loss by 75% to P402 million, from P1.6 billion, supported by higher sales, improved operating efficiencies, and cost management initiatives. At the standalone level, the cement business generated P1.3 billion in core EBITDA, reversing the negative P31 million EBITDA in the same period last year, even with elevated fuel costs.
