Amendment of the disclosure on the share buyback transactions of January 19, 2017 to reflect the correction in the number of shares acquired at a price of PhP 6.27, from 14,000 as previously reported to 14,500, as a result of a typographical error on the transaction report submitted to the Company by its handling stockbroker. Accordingly, with the correction, the Company purchased a total of 5,275,700 Company shares on January 19, 2017 at an average price of PhP 6.39.
