Approved the following terms of the Company's Stock RIghts Offering ("Offer") of 302,000,000 common shares (the "Rights Shares") to eligible shareholders: (i) Final Offer Price : PhP 4.67 per Right Share (ii) Entitlement Retio : One (1) Right Share for every 4.1325 common shares held as of Record Date 2. Approved the release of the Third Quarter 2017 interim Consolidated Financial and Operating Results of the Company and its Subsidiary
