Background/Description of the Disclosure
SBS Philippines Corporation (“SBS” or the “Company”) completes its over P2.0 billion capital infusion in its subsidiary, SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation (“SBS Holdings”), following its recent additional share capital contribution of P425 million using funds from its stock rights offering. The additional capital contribution will finance its investments in companies involved in property acquisitions and/or development to increase the property-related investments portfolio of SBS Holdings.
