Clarification of News Report
We confirm that Ayala Land is exploring potential areas in Central Luzon to develop into an industrial park for light manufacturing activities, a portion of which will be offered to Chinese companies. In addition, we would like to clarify that one of the largest ceramic tile manufacturing companies from China will occupy 1.9 hectares of space at Alviera Industrial Park in Porac, Pampanga.
