Subject of the Disclosure

The Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (“SCCP”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE), entered into Software License and Maintenance Agreement and a Consultancy Services’ Agreement with Millennium IT Software (Private) Limited ("Millennium IT"), a subsidiary unit of the London Stock Exchange Group.

Background/Description of the Disclosure

The SCCP entered into a Software License and Maintenance Agreement and a Consultancy Services’ Agreement with Millennium IT for the customization, use and maintenance of the Millennium Post Trade solutions and Millennium Risk products, which will replace SCCP’s current clearing and settlement, risk and collateral management systems.

The installation of this new clearing and settlement system will enable SCCP to improve and enhance the services it provides to the market.
