Background/Description of the Disclosure
In a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of PT&T held today, 3 January 2020, Mr. Angelo Miguel R. Isip was appointed as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) effective 3 January 2020. Mr. Isip joined PT&T in 2018 as the Financial Controller. He has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and analytics, strategic planning, corporate governance and financial risk management. Prior to joining PT&T, Mr. Isip served as a Finance Business Partner for the Lending Business of Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. (Mynt). He was promoted shortly after to the position of Financial Controller. He also served as Senior Financial Services Risk Advisory Associate in SGV & Co./EY Philippines. He graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy. Mr. Isip is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
