Background/Description of the Disclosure
In the Board Meeting held today, March 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) declared a Php3.31 cash dividend per share for stockholders of record date April 3, 2020 and shall be paid out on April 16, 2020. Enrique K. Razon, Jr, Chairman and President of ICTSI said: “We are declaring regular dividends of Php3.31 per share or approximately US$130m representing about 50% of last year’s recurring net income attributable to shareholders. Record Date will be April 3, 2020 and Dividend Payment Date is April 16, 2020. We are contemplating on declaring special dividends, however, due to the profound uncertainties brought about by the severe global outbreak of the novel corona virus, prudence dictates that we defer the declaration of special dividends to a future date within the year, or as soon as this COVID19 crisis is over.”
