Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commission Memorandum Circular No. 05, Series of 2020, we hereby request for an extension of time until 30 June 2020 to submit the 2019 Annual Report of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. in view of the travel restriction/ban, temporary suspension of business operations, and measures imposed by authorities in response to the COVID-19.
