The Company will not be able to file its Annual Report on SEC Form 17-A for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. The Company's independent external auditor is unable to complete its audit and examinaiton of the Company's financial statements due to limitations in performing audit procedures and providing audit documents. There is inaccessibility of audit documents and difficulty in performing inquiries with the concerned personnel as affected by the travel restriction/ ban, temporary suspension of business operations and/or measures imposed by the authorities or companies in response to COVID-19.

The Company undertakes to submit the report within the extended prescribed deadline of April 30, 2020 or upon submission of the report to the SEC, whichever comes earlier. The Company understands that failure to comply with the undertaking may result to the imposition of applicable penalty/ies.
