Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

In an email dated 27 March 2020, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) approved our request to extend the deadline for the filing of the 2019 Annual Report of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (“SLI”). Pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 5, series of 2020, the SEC likewise extended the period for the filing of the applicable Quarterly Report for publicly-listed companies whose requests for extension to file Annual Reports were granted. Nonetheless, in compliance with SEC Notice dated 3 April 2020, SLI hereby submits its SEC Form 17-LC.
