("GTCAD"), in a used car inspection and warranty business with Premium Group of Japan, to be established through GT Mobility Ventures, Inc. ("GTMV"), a joint venture with Mitsui & Co. and GTCAD as shareholders. GT Capital's effective ownership stake will be 47%.
