Approval of the following resolutions: 1. Approval of FFI's Interim Financial Statements as of June 30, 2020 2. Approval of the date for the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“ASM”) on 30 September 2020 at 9:00 A.M., with a Record Date of 01 September 2020. The ASM will be conducted via remote communication.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
In the meeting of the Board of Directors of Filipino Fund, Inc. (the "Corporation") on 13 August 2020, the Board approved the Corporation's Interim Financial Statements as of June 30, 2020 and also, approved the setting of the 2020 ASM on 30 September 2020 at 9:00 A.M. The Board likewise approved the setting of the Record Date to 01 September 2020. The 2020 ASM will be conducted via remote communication in accordance with relevant PSE and SEC rules. Moreover, in connection the SEC Notice dated 20 April 2020, the Company will avail of the alternative mode for distributing and providing copies of the notice of the meeting, information statement, and other documents in connection with the holding of the ASM.
