Background/Description of the Disclosure
19 November 2020 – AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation (“ACEIC,” formerly AC Energy, Inc.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation, received today a copy of the certification of the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission dated 18 November 2020 approving its change of name from AC Energy, Inc. to AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation. This is in line with the previously announced consolidation of the Ayala Group’s energy, water, and infrastructure businesses under ACEIC, as approved by the Executive Committee of Ayala Corporation on 21 April 2020. ACEIC is the holding company for the listed energy platform, AC Energy Philippines (“ACEN”).
