Please be advised that the Board of Directors of Century Pacific Food, Inc. approved today the declaration of: (i) A regular cash dividend of Eighteen Centavos (Php0.18) per share, and (ii) A special cash dividend of Eighteen Centavos (Php0.18) per share, for a total of Thirty-Six Centavos per share (Php 0.36) to all stockholders of record as of April 12, 2021 payable on May 6, 2021. The amount is similar to 2020 yet double that of 2019, signaling continued confidence in its business performance for this coming year.
