In its meeting today, March 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Concrete Aggregates Corporation (CAC) approved the declaration of a cash dividend of Php0.45 per share for CAC’s “A” and “B” shares amounting to a total of Php12,359,902.50. The record date shall be April 14, 2021 and the payment date shall be May 6, 2021. The cash dividend was declared out of CAC’s unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2020.
