Result of Board Meeting

Background/Description of the Disclosure

In a meeting held on 31 March 2021, the Board of Directors approved PT&T's audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2020.

PT&T recorded an eight percent year-on-year revenue increase attributed to subscriber base growth of 15 percent and a six percent revenue contribution of its IT/Digital Services portfolio.

With the tempered growth in operating expenses lifted by sustained revenue growth, the company’s core EBITDA exceeded last year’s performance by 75 percent.
