Reason for requesting extension to submit Annual Report

Per SEC Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 5 Series of 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission extended the deadline for submission of the 2020 Annual Reports for the calendar year ended December 31, 2020 from April 15, 2021 to May 17, 2021. The extension of the deadline is in recognition of the challenges in the preparation and finalization of the audited financial statements (AFS) and the completion of statutory audits brought about by the re-imposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in some major parts of the country. In connection with this, the Company would like to inform you that the Company will submit its 2020 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements on or before 17 May 2021 pursuant to the above mentioned SEC Memorandum Circular.
