Background/Description of the Disclosure
Today, we received a letter from Mr. Cheah Chee Choong signifying its resignation as Independent Director of ATN Holdings, Inc. Mr. Cheah at the age of 69 year old has decided to retire in the corporate sector as indicated in his letter attached herein. ATN Holdings, Inc. extends its extreme gratitude to Mr. Cheah for his great contribution to the Company and for playing an active role in Board decision matters with his international industry outlook in the several endeavors of the Corporation. Nonetheless, the Corporation is open to further contributions of Mr. Cheah once he decides to return as a consultant. In line with the above, the Corporation will inform the Exchange and the investing public once the Board of Directors has appointed a new Independent Director to fill in the subject position.
