It is with deep sadness that Apollo Global Capital, Inc. (“APL”) announces the death due to cardiac arrest of its Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board of JDVC Resources Corporation (“JDVC”), Mr. Gary Olivar. Mr. Olivar was APL’s Chief Operating Officer from July 2019 to June 29, 2021 and the Chairman of the Board of JDVC from September 30, 2020 to June 29, 2021 .
