This is with reference to Disclosure Notice No. DN00086-2021 dated June 25, 2021. As previously announced, pursuant to Article VII, Section 17.8 on Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Certain Structured Reportorial Requirements under the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, as amended, the failure of Manila Jockey Club, Inc. (“MJC” or the “Company”) to comply with the structured reportorial requirements will result in the automatic suspension of the trading of its shares starting on July 2, 2021.
In this connection, please be informed that, as of the posting of this notice, the Company has not yet filed its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the year ended December 31, 2020 and Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended March 31, 2021.
Given the foregoing, the trading of the shares of MJC shall be suspended effective today, July 2, 2021. |
