Background/Description of the Disclosure
We amended the previous disclosure on the Total Number of Direct and Indirect Shares of Mr. Necisto Y. Sytengco, II after the Transaction dated July 02, 2021 to reflect the June 30, 2021 change in beneficial ownership where Mr. Necisto Y. Sytengco, II ("NYS") received a portion of his inheritance from the direct shareholdings of the estate of Mr. Necisto U. Sytengco. In addition, NYS acquired 80,000 SBS common shares on July 01, 2021 resulting in direct shareholdings of 8,754,678 and indirect shares of 23,781,334 SBS common shares as of July 01, 2021.
