Background/Description of the Disclosure
The heirs of Mr. Necisto U. Sytengco ("NUS") settled NUS’ estate. The estimated distributed shares as previously disclosed on July 10, 2020 by one of the heirs, Ms. Lali Y. Sytengco ("LYS") amounting to 55,954,843 SBS common shares and reported as part of his indirect shareholdings is now being updated to reflect the actual number of distributed SBS common shares to LYS favour pursuant to the settlement of the estate amounting to 54,745,666 SBS common shares. Out of these updated legitime of 54,745,666 SBS common shares, 1,550,243 SBS common shares have now been transferred in LYS' account and are currently reported as LYS' direct shareholdings. The balance of 53,195,423 SBS common shares is still being processed for transfer and is booked as part of LYS’ indirect shareholdings.
