Change in the shareholdings of Mr. Necisto Y. Sytengco,II, Vice Chairman, SVP Marketing Operations, and Assistant Treasurer of SBS Philippines Corporation.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
The heirs of Mr. Necisto U. Sytengco ("NUS") settled NUS’ estate. The estimated distributed shares as previously disclosed on July 10, 2020 by one of the heirs, Mr. Necisto Y. Sytengco II ("NYS") amounting to 10,173,608 SBS common shares and reported as part of his indirect shareholdings is now being updated to reflect the actual number of distributed SBS common shares to NYS favour pursuant to the settlement of the estate amounting to 11,547,342 SBS common shares. Out of these updated legitime of 11,547,342 SBS common shares, 310,049 SBS common shares have now been transferred in NYS' account and are currently reported as NYS' direct shareholdings. The balance of 11,237,293 SBS common shares is still being processed for transfer and is booked as part of NYS’ indirect shareholdings.
