One Davao Corporation shall have an Authorised Capital Stock of One Hundred Million Pesos (PhP 100,000,000.00). Discovery World Corporation will subscribe to Eleven Million (11,000,000) shares with a par value of One Peso (PhP 1.00) per share or a total of Eleven Million Pesos (PhP 11,000,000.00) One Davao Corporation shall be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery World Corporation and will be a holding company and developer for properties to be acquired in Davao for future developments
Other Relevant Information
Out of the total subscription, the Corporation shall pay Ten Million Pesos (PhP 10,000,000.00 ). The remaining balance shall be payable upon call of the Board of Directors of One Davao Corporation. This subscription shall be conditioned on the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Application for Incorporation of One Davao Corporation This amendment was made to provide more details on One Davao Corporation.
