1. Acquisition of Altitude Games PTE Ltd., a limited private company organized in Singapore, engaged in the business of computer game development and publishing.
2. Consolidated Q3 Reviewed Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2014;
3. Appointment of Mr. Alexander Corpuz as Chief Finance Officer, Chief Information Officer and Compliance Officer; and
4. Appointment of Atty. Mark S. Gorriceta as Corporate Secretary, Chief Legal Officer and Assistant Chief Information Officer
