Background/Description of the Disclosure
In its letter dated July 27, 2021 approving the request for stabilization activities relative to Filinvest REIT Corp.’s (the “Company”) Initial Public Offer, the Markets and Securities Regulation Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission directed the Company to disclose, at least one (1) day in advance, the Closing Date of the stabilization period to the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Commission. In compliance with the foregoing, the Company would like to advise that the stabilization activities in relation to the Company’s initial public offering shall close tomorrow, 10 September 2021.
