This is in connection with Jollibee Foods Corporation’s (“JFC” or the “Company”) Follow-on Public Offering (the “Offer”) of 8,000,000 Preferred Shares with an Oversubscription Option of up to 4,000,000 Offer Shares to be constituted into two series designated as Series A Preferred Shares (“JFCPA”) and Series B Preferred Shares (“JFCPB”). In a letter received by the Exchange on September 23, 2021, the Company advised that the “Initial Dividend Rate as follows: Series A Preferred Shares: 3.2821% per annum Series B Preferred Shares: 4.2405% per annum” Attached is a copy of the said letter for your reference.
