Please be informed that the Company completed today the acquisition of Axia Power Holdings Philippines Corporation’s 20% ownership interest in SLTEC. With this acquisition, the Company now owns 100% of SLTEC, which owns and operates a 2 x 135 MW coal-fired power plant in Calaca, Batangas.
