Background/Description of the Disclosure
In its letter dated August 23, 2021 approving the request for stabilization activities relative to the Initial Public Offer of RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (the “Company”), the Markets and Securities Regulation Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission directed the Company to disclose, at lease one (1) day in advance, the Closing Date of the stabilization period to the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Commission. In compliance with the foregoing, the Company would like to advise that the stabilization activities in relation to the Company’s initial public offering shall close tomorrow, 13 October 2021.
