This is with reference to Disclosure Notice No. DN00129-2021 dated October 8, 2021 and Company Announcement No. C06809-2021 dated October 13, 2021.
To date, Boulevard Holdings, Inc. (“BHI”) has not yet complied with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange by failing to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2021, on or before the extended deadline of September 28, 2021.
Pursuant to Article VII, Section 17.8 on Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Certain Structured Reportorial Requirements under the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules of the Exchange, should the Company fail to comply with the Exchange’s structured reportorial requirements, the trading of BHI shares will be automatically suspended effective at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, October 14, 2021.
