Please be informed that Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc., today, received from its subsidiary, Omnicor Industrial Estate and Realty Center, Inc. (Omnicor) a signed copy of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Omnicor and Starfleet Innotech, Inc. (SFIO) to enter into a joint venture agreement. A copy of the MOU is attached, along with the press release of SFIO.
